What is your minimum order for screen printing?

24 pieces. 

What is your turn around time?

Our standard timeline requires 7-10 business days from the date the final artwork is approved and initial payment is received. (An additional charge will be applied to rush orders.  Please contact us for availability.)

Please leave plenty of time for your project. We recommend four weeks from start to finish. For some people, there is the the process of selecting the garment they want as well as color. If, for whatever reason, by the time, you are ready to order, our vendors are out of the garments, you were wanting you may need to have a back up in mind. You will also need to provide in writing the quantities and sizes of garments requested for the job. If you don't have artwork for this, please see our artwork charges below. Again, please plan ahead to make your time enjoyable. We can provide mock up artwork based on what you provide. 

Can you do rush orders?

We are usually able to accommodate a tighter job turnaround depending on the number of other jobs in our shop at the time. However, if we have other orders already scheduled we may have to charge a rush fee.


How is pricing determined?

The price we quote you depends on what garments you choose, number of garments, how many ink colors are being used, and how many places you want artwork printed (front, back, sleeve).

Do you have custom design services available? 

Yes, our rate is $20 an hour billed in 15 minute increments.

Do you do custom colors?

Yes, if you provide the PMS number we will match it for an additional cost.

What type of file do you need?

Your file must be delivered to us either as an Adobe Illustrator or vector EPS File
