Orders and Quotes
Basic Order Information:
- Please leave plenty of time for your project. We recommend about four weeks to make sure you have enough time to get all the necessary approvals as well as discussions with our printers/art people and for you to see mock artwork of what your finished garment will be. It takes time for the artwork to arrive as well as the shirts. Again, plan ahead.
- Our standard timeline requires 7-10 business days from the date the final artwork is approved and initial payment is received. (an additional charge will be applied to rush orders, please contact us for availability)
- We require a down payment of 25% of the total cost of your job before we order your garments. Your remaining balance is due upon pickup.
- We request a minimum of 24 shirts in an order. If you have a smaller order please inquire.
- Price varies based on: Garment style, Color, Quantity, Graphic/Logo design, and use of custom inks.
- If you are in need of design work, our rate is $20 an hour billed in 15 minute increments.
- If you are providing your own artwork, your files must be delivered to us as either Adobe Illustrator files or vector EPS files.
-If shipping is requested, additional charges may apply.
Place an Order or Request a Quote:
We provide three ways to place an order:
Electronically, right-click this "order form" link, select "save link as" and save to your desktop as a PDF. Open the file and use the "sign, add text" function (from the toolbar at the top of the window your PDF is being displayed in) and record the following information found in steps 1 through 5.
Mail or Fax, right-click this "order form" link, "save link as" and save to your desktop. Print and complete your order form by recording the following information found in steps 1 through 4. Mail or fax completed form to:

1. Select a garment from our online catalog by visiting our Products page (record color, style number, size, quantity)
2. Select ink color(s) from the chart below. More colors available upon request for an additional price (call 612-789-2244).
3. If you are providing artwork, please attach it as an Adobe Illustrator or vector EPS file to your email with your completed order form. (questions about artwork, formatting, or files? Contact us at 612-789-2244)
4. If you would like our design department to create custom artwork for you, provide your concept and any other information you think may be helpful to your custom design. (please include intended location and size)
5. Once you have completed your order form with the above information email it to info@designedimage.org making sure to include:
-Your completed order form
-Artwork attached as an Adobe Illustrator or EPS Vector file (if you are providing your own artwork)
-concept ideas, intended image location, size, information that may be helpful to your custom design (if we are creating your artwork)
